Full 1:1 - Cord Cutting

We will spend 1hour on a live call together. Starting with 30mins discussing & reading what/who is holding you back, what patterns/loops keep preventing your progress, and what comes up as ready to be released. I will then guide you through a personalised cord cutting ceremony releasing the ties/smoothing out the knots. (Can be multiple things released at once.)

After the call you'll then receive:

• A full write up of what was released, and guidance on how to keep the integration of the release, and keep you connected with your power

• A follow up channeled 10+ min voice note with any additional guidance that comes through after we close the space. This voice note will be one you can listen to over and over to continue to stay in your power and release the past, and any residual energy, anytime you feel called to.
